3.Fulfilling the aspirations of the youth: We all know that humans work for themselves and for the others. The burden of human life is great and its the only creature on the planet that is progressive. The problem with humans however is that at times they are full of ego. Or shall we say that generation after generation there thinking and mentality changes. The current generation might think and see things in a different perspective than the generation who is moderating them. See the ability and enthusiasm to learn is a big thing. If the youth of current generation is happy with the conditions at work and the behavior of their superiors then they are bound to perform and grow. Now how do we make them happy. Simple let them be more efficient in their work. This efficiency will only come when they are armed with the right skills. When they are skilled enough then they will earn enough. When they earn enough then their ambitions will be fulfilled and they would be more productive. 

 

4. Skills provide direction: When we speak about our young work force we often hear people complaining that they lack direction. Its true in some sense. The youth is full of energy and they want to achieve so much in so less. They have the energy but they lack the wisdom.Skills give them direction. Skilled youth would understand that he has a purpose in life and would automatically be more productive. He is spend time in learning new things pertaining to his work sphere. He will be the one taking initiatives and responsibility for his work. This will make him the one whom you seek at your shop floor. This is the kind of person who would go lengths to meet those production targets. There is nothing more powerful than a person with a purpose. You feed the purpose and develop the skills for that purpose. Then sir, you have a productivity monster in your hands who would not stop at anything to meet that crucial production deadline.
