National Employability Enhancement Mission is known as “NEEM” is a scheme initiated by central govt. of India. This scheme is designed in such a way that graduates & degree holder people get a handful of training as per the requirements of the industry. This way they become ready to be used in industries in their respective field with practical knowledge. Nowadays, skilled labor availability has become a serious issue and to resolve this issue apprenticeship training is done.
