Why does the education system need to improve?
Education is perceived without understanding the value of education and the whole aspect is turned out to be business evaluating a huge turnover.
In this regard, the famous quote of Albert Einstein is very important, he said, everybody is a genius in its own strength but to judge a person ability, you must consider the parameters as fair. India education system is based on the model that provides a single ground for testing the intelligence of each student. Can you relate, how dangerous is this system? What needs to be changed in the education system?

- Skill Development: Skill development enhances problem-solving abilities, improve thought process, writing skills, verbal skills and communication skills. These activities should be mandatory in the education sector.
- Deploy Smart People to Teach: We need leaders, creative and innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs to get into teaching positions to enhance the thought process of the children.
- Testing and Marking: Success in India’s education system relies entirely on marks. Instead of preparing students to perform better in exams, the education system should prepare the student to perform better in the future.
- Laying Importance to each and every subject: Of-course Mathematics is more important but not more than Art. Every subject should be given equal chance and student according should choose his own wave of spirit to pursue flying colors of success.
The change of education system in India is improving with time but it needs a strict change. If we continue on this road of Indian education system then eventually development with never reflect and India will still be counted as developing country. We have customized almost everything surrounding us, the healthcare, the businesses, the social media platform, etc. The same way we need to enhance our education system. Students who are educating based on the Indian Education System might be a few percents of the population but they’re 100% of the future.
